Doggy Haircuts!

My four-legged children were in desperate need of haircuts. I thought I would share some before and after pictures! They are so precious to Jason, Kinsley, and me. They both sleep in the bed with Jason and me (and Kinsley). The black and white one is Macey; she is 2 1/2 years old. The solid black one is Allie, and she is 1 1/2 years old. We think she is part shih-tzu and part pekingese. Not what we thought we were getting, but we still love her the same.
BEFORE: AND AFTER A TRIP TO THE GROOMER:

Music class

Kinsley started a music & movement class a couple of weeks ago. She and Boston are in it together along with Ella (Candy's little girl), Claire (Candy's friend Jill's little girl), and Broox & Bexley (Maureen's boys). They have a lot of fun, and it is great for Kinsley to be around other kids. So far, they have learned many songs such as the "hello song" where they do different things (clap, wave, roll) to say hello to everyone, "come into the kitchen" where they all hold hands in a circle and walk in together and back out, "the carpenter's hammer" with hand motions for hammer, saw, and building a house. They also play with "eggs" filled with sand (i think?) and sticks with bells on them. It's really great!
Here is week one:

Pure concentration here!!

Martha teaching Boston something (I forgot already)! Maybe she is just dancing with him.

This was at the end of the first class. Kinsley and Boston were the only ones rolling around on the floor. Too funny - another episode of "monkey see, monkey do." We experience lots of these with the two of them.

Here is week two:More pure concentration!

Using my tongue helps me figure these silly moves out!

How sweet!

This picture was taken a few weeks ago, and I thought it was so sweet. Kinsley and Noah Weeks were "checking each other out" when Chance (Noah's dad) told him to give Kinsley "big love." This was what Kinsley got. I had to be quick with the camera! Too cute.

Halloween clothes

I love this time of year because every month is a different "theme" to dress Kinsley in. I am always afraid to put Halloween or Christmas clothes on her too soon, but I wait until after the 1st of the month to do it. Well the first day she had a Halloween outfit on, of course I had to take pictures. And she cooperated so well! Enjoy....

Of course, we had to play in the dishwasher first!

Then she went to B.B.'s house (Jason's mom) and she took some pictures of her outside. She has to be the most photographed kid in the world!

Playing dress up!

I know Kinsley is only 17 months old, but she definitely already loves to play dress up. I think she learned it from Miss Brooklynn! Anyway, I bought a few old dress up clothes from Reruns & Growing Pains, and I practically have to hide them to keep her from wearing them all day everyday. I have no problem with her playing dress up except when I am ready to go somewhere it becomes a MAJOR MELTDOWN to have to change her clothes. Here are some pictures of her in her dress up clothes:

Waving "bye-bye" and leaving in her car!

Blowing "sugars" to Momma as she drives off!

She also loves to get into Momma's shoes and attempt to walk in them. She is so darn cute!

TANGO!!!!

Boston and Kinsley have this thing that they do (that Martha and Beau taught Boston and he passed the fun onto Kinsley) in which they yell "TANGO!" and run crazily all around! It is soooo funny. Anytime they are together they eventually end up "tangoing!" Anyway, one Sunday at mom's house I remembered to bring my camera to take pictures of them doing "TANGO!" Well Kinsley ran one way down the hall and Boston ran the other way (which was towards each other) and I snapped a picture just as a collision happened. That is why the picture is so blurry because I moved the camera! Luckily they were both okay but this picture is priceless!

(And yes I did 3 posts in one day and wanted to do many more but I thought I would save them for tomorrow! I will try to do better about updating - Sorry!)

Mowing is exhausting!

Mowing the grass all day with Daddy can wear a little girl out. Jason cannot get on the "tractor" without his little partner begging to ride with him. I am usefully running around inside trying to clean as much as possible while they are outside mowing! Not as simple for me to do my chores with her help as it is for Daddy!

Guess who?!

Guess who is hiding behind these masks? Cousin Bradley and Kinsley! I bought these on the $1 aisle at Target. This picture makes me laugh everytime I look at it. Thank you Bradley for coming to play with Kinsley!

Friday Night Football!

Every friday night for the football games Kinsley wears her cheerleading uniform with a bow in her hair. She is too cute, and she loves her uniform. A friend of mine gave me some hairbows for pigtails, and Kinsley's hair is just long enough for them. Needless to say they did not stay in very long. So I just settled for one bow for the rest of the night. We brought our new "car" that she rides in while someone (aka MOM) pushes her to the game since someone else had one at the last game and it was a never ending brawl for it! Well Kinsley keeps her sunglasses in the hood at home for easy access whenever she wants to slip them on - well I guess she thought it was a wee bit bright out and opened the hood and found her glasses. The buccaneers are 3-0 with a big game this Friday against the Benton Tigers! Go Bucs!!!!
Look at what a difference a year makes!

Our New Blog - FINALLY!

So I finally created a blog, and I am so anxious and excited to publish my first post! What a great time to do so - Boston & Beau came over while I went to PEP to play with Kinsley & Jason and Jason took some pictures of them playing on Kinsley's four-wheeler. They are too cute together! Check back often for more posts! Thanks for inviting me Martha!

These two are so funny - best friends forever!
